The Digital Kit is an initiative of the Government of Spain aimed at subsidising the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in companies’ level of digital maturity.
The Digital Kit provides digital solutions tailored to the needs of small businesses, micro‑businesses and self‑employed workers, regardless of sector or business type.
Requirements
Be self‑employed, a small business or a micro‑business
Comply with the financial and employee thresholds that define company categories
Be registered in the Spanish Tax Agency’s census of businesses, professionals and withholding agents and meet the minimum age required in the call
Not be considered a company in crisis
Be up to date with Social Security and Tax Agency obligations
Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission for unlawful or incompatible aid
Not fall under the prohibitions of Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies Law
Not exceed the de minimis aid limit
Who can benefit?
Eligible businesses are grouped into three segments:
Segment I → Small businesses with 10–49 employees → Digital voucher of €12,000
Segment II → Small businesses or micro‑businesses with 3–9 employees → Digital voucher of €6,000
Segment III → Small businesses, micro‑businesses and self‑employed with 1–2 employees → Digital voucher of €2,000
